A series of segmented email designs for Hammerson shopping centres in the UK, Ireland and France. The brief was to to design and build email campaigns using Dotmailer to drive footfall to shopping centres during the run up to Christmas 2017. The challenge was to create a series of modular templates that could edited by marketing staff at each of the shopping centres to add centre specific content themselves. The project was extended into 2018 to create a consistent design approach for all welcome, re-engagement and event triggered emails. Some localisation of the design was required for the French versions of these emails to accommodate language and market differences.
